In the film, a group of co-workers becomes friends as they start to invent devices to help themselves cope with the challenges of adulthood. This film’s plot is about adulting, but the bigger story is how a group of over 70 people in Turku, Finland and Rome, Georgia made a film together.
Current work, Adult Life Lab, is both a short film and a community-based DIY filmmaking project. The short film (shot in May 2022) involved many first-time cast and crew members and local organizations (Hacklab Turku, Ekotori, Ullrike Artisan Felt and Yarn) who partnered with film professionals to make the story come alive.

This is a ten-minute short about fashion designer and drag queen, Aaron Michael aka Erin Steele. Aaron is the show director and host at Bar 3911, one of only two dedicated gay bars in Mississippi. Bar 3911's popular weekly drag show attracts people within and also far outside the gay community. The film shows selections from the drag shows and Aaron's own reflections on life as a fashion designer and artist in Mississippi. Screening at the Rome International Film Festival (RIFF) November 11, 2022. To see trailer.

Sassy is a 15-minute short about Cassandra Ardoin, a psychologist, and musician living in Nashville, TN. With her apt nickname, we follow Sassy at age 64, where new love and exciting professional success allow her to give new meaning to her lifelong name.
